Brighton & Hove Children's Festival: Drink Me?

Brighton & Hove

Children's Festival

2010

Brighton & Hove Children's Festival returns for its fourth year from 12-18 April 2010. This year's theme is transformation and we are inviting you, the city's children and your families to take a chance, try something new and transform yourselves, your environment and each other.

Watch our festival trailer 'Avalanche' to get a small taster of this year's festival.

We have seven days of free, creative workshops, performances and events for all children aged 0-11. The question is; what will you transform into?

Will it be a public speaker for In the Frame, a singer in Brighton Big Sing, a runner in The Grand Hotel Mini Mile Races, or a mermaid at Fishytails with Artifish? Will you eat your dinner in the dark at our Café Noir, watch the sun come up at The Devil's Sunrise, take a virtual bike ride in Bike to the Future 2 or have tea with the mad hatter in Alice in Wonderland?

If you are aged 2-5 you can take part in one of the many activities taking place in the city's Museums or for the really young we have Babyoke a chance to release your little one's inner Diva as Baby- Elvis, Baby-Doris, or Baby-Slash.

The choice is yours.

All events are free except for What A Wonderful World and The Grand Hotel Mini Mile Races, check booking information for more details.
