In the Frame
All Ages
Watch a live art installation where children will appear In the Frame for five minutes at a time to do whatever they want. They may spark a debate, recite a poem, tell a joke, perform tricks, sing a song or just about anything else! Places have been pre-arranged however fill-in places may be available on the day.

Join us in Bike Alley for 'wheelie' good fun on bikes with workshops and games. Try the egg and spoon race on a bike, or a bike limbo. Some bikes will be provided or bring your own. You can also visit the children's Bike Doctor.

Be part of the Brighton Marathon race day! On the morning of the Brighton Marathon there are one mile races for children being staged along Brighton seafront.
Sunday
Race for Boys and Girls aged 9-11 starts at 9.36am from the peace statue. Spaces are limited, so enter now, before it's full - check out www.brightonmarathon.co.uk/minimile to enter and for details of races for other age groups.
Brighton Big Sing (Performance)

Help us to fill the city centre with song! Everyone is welcome - learn the songs at home, at school or come along and learn them on the day! Juliet Russell will be travelling across the city teaching two songs in the run- up to the Festival. You can learn the songs at home or get your teachers to teach you them at school and come along on the day and join in.
